Walkathon
The annual Carysfort Walkathon, organised by our fantastic Parents’ Association, took place recently and was once again a tremendous success. This much-loved event has become a highlight of the school calendar, bringing together pupils, staff, parents and the wider community in a spirit of fun, fitness and friendship.
The children enjoyed every step of the walk, cheered on by staff and families, and their enthusiasm created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day. It was inspiring to see the commitment of our pupils, not only in taking part but also in collecting sponsorship to support the school.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of parents, guardians, extended families and friends, the Walkathon has raised vital funds which will go directly towards enhancing the learning experiences of our children. Over the years, money raised through this event has supported resources, activities and initiatives that enrich school life, and this year’s contributions will make a real difference once again.
A heartfelt thank you to the Parents’ Association for their hard work in organising the event, to all who volunteered their time, and to everyone who walked, donated and encouraged our pupils. The Walkathon is a wonderful reminder of the strength of our school community and the positive impact we can achieve when we work together.
