Carysfort N.S. School Choir
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Carysfort N.S. School Choir this year! Our choir brings together pupils who share a passion for singing and performing. Throughout the year, the choir will perform at Christmas carol events, sacramental celebrations, and will proudly continue the school’s tradition of participating in the National Children’s Choir.
Being part of the choir fosters confidence, teamwork, and a love of music, and we are excited to watch our pupils shine in their very first year.
We participate in the National Children’s Choir and perform in the National Concert Hall.
Annual Carol Service – St John the Baptist Church
Our Annual Carol Service in St John the Baptist Church is one of the most special and cherished moments in the life of our school community.
Each December, the children fill the church with warmth, light and joy as they sing their hearts out, leading us through the story of Christ with beautiful carols, readings and reflections. From the very first note to the final blessing, the service is a powerful reminder of the true meaning of Christmas and the values at the heart of our school.
The children perform with confidence, sincerity and pride, and their voices create an atmosphere that is both reverent and uplifting. Families, staff and friends come together to share in this moment of celebration, reflection and community, making it a truly memorable occasion each year.
We are deeply grateful to our children for their wonderful singing, to staff for their dedication and preparation, and to our families for joining us in this meaningful tradition. Our Carol Service is a highlight of the school year and a beautiful way to mark the Christmas season together. 🎄✨
