This February, our school has been embracing creativity as we engage in ‘Fuadar Feabhra’ or ‘Creative February’. This is a national celebration of creativity across the country of Ireland. The initiative aims to encourage school communities to make, see and do creative things, and get students connected to their own creativity.
Here in Carysfort we celebrated with a variety of creative projects, including Art workshops with Michael Cleary. Michael supported each class group to create a Spring-themed piece of art, all of which are displayed around the school building. The workshops were fun, engaging and of course creative!
Well done to all the students and teachers who got involved with the initiative, and a big thanks to Michael for leading the workshops. It has certainly brightened up our school.
