Dear Parents,
This will be an exciting week in Carysfort!
All classes from Infants to 6th will be participating in ‘Arts Week’ through music, drama and visual arts. Our theme is Diversity and Inclusiveness – celebrating what makes us all unique and how diversity enriches us all.
Ms Egan, Mr Hamell and Ms Shiel have put together an exciting programme of activities for all year groups which includes a workshop per class with art teacher Michael Cleary. We are looking forward to some wonderful singing, dancing and art to brighten up the end of January and take us into Spring!
In addition, there will be an art competition around the theme of Diversity in which your child is welcome to participate. We will be encouraging the children to use lots of colour and recyclable materials. Specific details will be given by individual class teachers.
